(INTER)NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP IS A PREREQUISITE
Before you can join our (or any) local Chapter, you must first be a current member of HOG itself; either at the Full or Associate level. For information on joining National HOG, visit their membership page here.

CHAPTER DUES
Chapter Dues are currently $24 per year, renewed every January. So you've gotta pony up 24 clams first, too.

TAKE THE PLUNGE!
If you're ready to join our family and participate in all that we do — or in as much of what we do as you wish, anyway — first fill out the Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release here and print, date, and sign it. Then either

• bring it and cash or check to a Chapter meeting (see below), or
• bring it and cash or check to Chicago Harley-Davidson, or
• mail it and a check to Chicago Harley-Davidson, 6868 N Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60645.

Make checks payable to Chicago HOG.
